I just downloaded the latest FF having had an old account. Working fine but I continually get a message that I am on windows 10, which is wrong. I am on Windows 11. The message has worn out its welcome. Is there a way to fix this.

Dear reader,

I wanted to completely removed Firefox because i had some issues. Instead om removing I probably refreshed FF.

Can somebody help with?

1. How to remove old FF data which is placed on my desktop and blocked for removal by admin rights. 2. How to completely remove FF without leaving any data (profiles, extensions)

I have tried to find this answers in the help sections but I was not able to find the solution for my situation.

Before purchasing, I verified that Mozilla VPN will work on Chromebook (shown on the FAQ page for the VPN). Since I can't install software on a Chromebook, how do I go about using Mozilla VPN on it?

I can't sign in to my Google account and chrome is my preferred browser and I am getting messages saying that I am signed in to another browser. I want to try uninstalling Firefox and hope that will allow me to get signed in to my Google account.

I tried to update from Mozilla VPN v. 2.36 to v. 2.37 by clicking the Update button in the message I received. I did not shut down the old version first. When I received the "old version is running" message, I clicked the "automatically close app" selection. All seemed to be going well until a message popped up saying "The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not available. Insert the 'Mozilla VPN' disk and click OK." When I clicked OK, a message said "The path " cannot be found. Verify that you have access to this location and try again, or try to find the installation package 'MozillaVPN.msi' in a folder from which you can install the product Mozilla VPN." I found the folder containing the MozillaVPN.msi file, but when I use it to restart the installation, I end up with the same error message. If I click Cancel instead of OK on the "Insert the disk" message, and error message pops up saying "The older version of Mozilla VPN cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group." Now my old version is gone, but I don't have a new version to use. What should I do now?

I have used Firefox for years. Have a backup computer that has Windows 10. It defaults to Bing. I hate Bing! VERY much want to use Firefox for Windows 10. Please, if you can, just email me a link to download Firefox that will work on Windows 10. That is all that I need. My two email addresses are: [edited] OR [edited from community support forum]. I can no longer watch videos on Amazon prime, those included and the ones I pay extra for through an added subscription to mgm+ since the last update. What is going on? Is it the VPN data limit thing? If so, how can I turn it off?
