Under options/security/saved passwords-get a hard beep when I try to access saved passwords, also same thing when I access Help in Options.

Also can't access certain functions on my banking site-same hard beep-Never had this problem in the past; I think it started with ver 28 upgrade?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.
