I did NOT give you permission to change Firefox from ver. 3.6 to ver 12 on MY computer
I was happily using version 3.6 You intruded into my computer to install against my will v. 12. Not only does Roboform not work on this new version of FF, but the form and feel is CLUNKY. Why do you have to screw up something that was working just fine, especially against my will?
I settled myself to go without protections from Mozilla, and you entered my computer and CHANGED the version of FF on MY computer, AGAINST MY WILL. Its like being raped. I feel so violated.

Firefox 13 does require Service Pack 2 on Windows XP. However, I'm fairly certain that most Windows XP users have installed Service Pack 2 by now. Probably SP3, too.
RoboForm requires that you upgrade to version 7.x to get support for recent versions of Firefox. I don't know whether there is a hack to work around that.
As you know, Firefox is amazingly customizable, so for the most part you can adapt Firefox 13 to your preferences. You can read many threads here and numerous blog posts around the web on that.
As to the larger question of why Firefox 3.6.28 users were "forced" to update to Firefox 12, I'm not sure. But this is a support forum; we're not the ones making those decisions; we help clean up the aftermath.
jscher2000: Would you please tell me who was responsible to forcing my to upgrade to v12? I would llike to send them an email.
I don't know. There is a huge amount of documentation around *.mozilla.org about every detail of the development roadmap and implementation, but it's a little hard to search.
Thanks for answering my complaint BTW.
