App tab doesn't refresh after restart of FF

I've added a new app tab. I close browser and reopen after some time. After browser open tab is not refreshed (displaying old content). Is it a bug or intentional behaviour?

That is intentional. If you want fresh pages then use Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox to clear the cache if you close Firefox.
