I upgraded my S.O. to windows 7 and I cannot find my bookmark in windols.old
How can I "restore" my bookmark I had when runed with win-XP? How can I "restore" all add-on I had when runed with win-XP?

You need to locate the old profile folder in the windows.old backup.
In Windows the location is:
- XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<profile>\
- Vista/Windows 7: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<profile>\
"Application Data" in XP/Win2K and "AppData" in Vista/Windows 7 are hidden folders
