I'm looking for the Thunderbird for Android user manual. Is there something like that available to read? All I found was scattered FAQs.

The official Thunderbird and Mozilla support teams use a Knowledge Base / Help Center approach, which organizes all the information into articles grouped by topic.
A single, lengthy, traditional "user manual (PDF)" for Thunderbird for Android is not currently available.

The most recent manual, for the predecessor product K-9, is quite old https://docs.k9mail.app/en/6.400/
