There is no workaound or solution listed in Bug 1315306 - Crash in AsyncShutdownTimeout | profile-before-change-telemetry | TelemetryController: shutting down. With no progress in many years that is likely to continue.

You are only crashing a couple times every week or two, so best advice is just ignore it.
