For the last six days I have not been able to get any email. When I hit the button to download email it contacts the server but it says no messages. I have gotten a lot of emails in that time can you help

First, I suggest you check the account online to see if messages are reaching the server. Once confirmed, then please post complete error message and a screenshot of your incoming server settings pane and someone here may have suggestions. Thank you

It turned out all my Messages were going to spam. I had changed the configuration in my spam folder and it was taking everything. You for trying to help I appreciate it
