Firefox's Tracking Protection feature blocks some shared/cross-site commenting platforms. Those platforms were added to the tracker list because they may be able to build a profile of your browsing across multiple sites.

Sometimes you might see a prompt in the page to allow an exception for embedded content from sites that can track, but I'm guessing that you don't see it in this case.

You can test whether this is the problem by turning off tracking protection on the site where you want to read/post comments. Try clicking the shield icon at the left end of the address bar (next to the lock). On the drop-down, click the blue slider switch to disable protection.

Firefox should reload the page, but you also can force a complete reload using either:

• Shift+click the Reload button on the toolbar
• Ctrl+Shift+R

Is that allows the comment section to load, it is a problem with Tracking Protection. Now the trade-off is that other tracking content can also load. There might be a more complicated method to make a limited exception, but it requires knowing more about the site where you are having this problem.

Sounds like a browser compatibility issue with Mozilla. Sometimes clearing the cache or disabling extensions helps fix display problems like that. Good to hear Chrome is working fine in the meantime. Hopefully Mozilla sorts out the glitch soon.
