I need a button to get immediate check of my email inbox from my provider. The old button has been replaced b y a NON-FUNCTIONING button which offers the key alternative alt-1, which also DOES NOT WORK
I need a button to get immediate check of my email inbox from my provider. The old button has been replaced b y a NON-FUNCTIONING button which offers the key alternative alt-1, which also DOES NOT WORK

Enable the Folder Pane Header under View/Folders, then right-click the cloud icon on the header to choose which account to download. Also, F5 gets mail for the current account, Shift+F5 gets mail for all accounts.
Alt-1 is the shortcut to bring the mail window into focus (Alt-2 for Address Book, Alt-3 for Calendar etc.).
