I cannot open my g-mail account because when I tried to follow all the directions given to retrieve my account, I've forgotten which new password opened the account. Also, I've just found that the print size (in this message is too small for me to read and I must have someone read it to me.

Can anyone help me resolve either (or both) problems?

As described, this seems like an issue you are having with Google and their services, not necessarily Firefox Focus. What problem exists with Firefox Focus in your situation?
