If this is about seeing tabs from another device then you will have to close these tabs on that other device(s). You can change or reset the password of the Sync account to clear all data stored on the Sync server.

I have active sync tabs on 6 different computers, I want to clear them all. Many are no longer useful, they were used to transfer an active search.

You can disable tabs from syncing data across devices.

I intentionally sent the widows of tabs to be sync'd, now I want to delete them and I can not see any way to do that.
