Does the browser crash right away, or after some time?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

While still in Safe Mode,

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>.

Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.

Copy the most recent 5-7 File Names in the folder. Post the information in the reply box.

Yeah it crashes upon starting. I open it, and then it crashes

I have found that a software update actually helps it and it can open. However now the problem is that my tab session manager has completely lost the tabs it seems. This is incredibly unfortunate since all my work was on there and I might have to dig everything up again. Is there a way to restore PREVIOUS VERSIONS OF FIREFOX's tabs? could i open an outdated firefox just for the tabs?

Hi, and no. Is there a reason you did not include the crash report as Fred asked for. The ones that get sent do not come to us unless you copy and paste as requested so we can view them to see what is crashing you.

You can check to see if you have a 2nd Profile in here, date would be older that your looking for.

If there is : you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over the problem. Never work with original files.
