how can i make a copy or back up of thunderbird adresses and mails on an extern disk and how to restore it in a fresly downloaded new thunderbird version
I just can't find a proper userguide on how to copy the full thunderbird items all my accounts and mailboxes and adresses. I also want just to copy mine adresses in order to import them in f.e outlook

"Full thunderbird items" - look to copying the profile. Useful only if transferring all your stuff to a Thunderbird on a new or different computer.

To move your contacts to somewhere else, I'd first investigate what the other place (e.g. Outlook) can use. CSV files are a good bet, and Thunderbird's Address Book can export to CSV, LDIF and via an add-on, vcf (vCard format).
