How to change date format to day/month/year

It should be showing you the system date format setting. I can't remember if it uses the long or the short date format. (but almost certainly sure it's the short version.) Are you saying it's different from the time/date format used elsewhere in your computer? What platform? Windows, Mac, or Linux? http://kb.mozillazine.org/Date_display_format
