After all, you constantly preach that we have to be careful & trying to be careful.

After signing in to Mozilla, how do I find the free built-in VPN eligibility invitation in the toolbar?

I was invited to get the free built-in Mozilla VPN. (This is actually the second time it popped up when I opened Firefox. The first time, I was busy, so I didn't have time to read about it.) This time I signed in to Mozilla and selected Version 149 (because the article said that's what was being rolled out now). In the toolbar, I don't see the prompt inviting me to set it up. Does that mean I'm not eligible? Also, I'm not even sure I can SEE the Firefox toolbar. I've been thinking about getting a VPN, so this time I jumped on the free offer for the built-in VPN. I also get hundred of spam emails and ads, so I thought it might help with that problem, too. Thanks.

So I'm sure that I would be answering my own question with this but does anyone know if the new broswer VPN will at any point work like full independant VPNs that allow you to change your IP location manually? I ask since I dont use a VPN regularly and I know one of the famous uses for one is for streaming services for exclusive content in other countries. I would assume no that location changing like that wouldn't apply but I am curious and wanted to ask for anyone elses input on it
