fix the issue. Data and history including recently closed tabs, not working on Quit selection. I have to manually select history and then select 'everything' to clear. if i Quit firfox and come back in to it, recently closed tabs with thier history is still present. i have no idea if cache etc is cleared as no way to tell. So i can only manually do it as described above. its a pain not knowing if cache etc is also cleared for banking etc. i would like to revert back to last stable firefox but i cant as only this one is on google play. i suggest you fix it so we can delete firefox and reinstall older version until you have this fixed. it defeats the purpose of Firefox to do otherwise. I updated my Firefox so when I went to start it again, all history had disappeared even though I was logged into my account. I've been using Firefox since it came out.

up until this latest version you could delete your search history with a simple right click. This option no longer exists and there is no easily found way to delete "Search History" where did it go? will it be returned? is Search History no longer delete able?

when i right click my search bar on the top of the page i cant find the button to delete my search history anymore when it was there like yesterday. is my computer breaking or something??? help

how to see how many time and when I visited a website in firefox. like I visited "https://www.themoviedb.org/person/500-tom-cruise" 10 times. now it only show latest time not the first or secnd or third in firefox. how to see?

Hi. So I've been having this issue where, I search something in google, it searches what I asked it to. Then I search again and it finds what I asked it to. The third time if I search again it'll go back to the first thing I tried to search as if i just pressed BACK twice. Something similar happens if I search for something, and then if I search the second thing and tap on the website and then press BACK, it'll go back to the first Google result I ssearched. It's been a few weeks this has been happening and the only thing that'll TEMPORARILY fix it is if I close firefox. If you need any more information I'd be happy to help you help me. Thank you!

From the history on Firefox in Android, I can remove a page from it by clicking on the little cross (cf first image). But this cross disappear when I'm trying to access to a specific page from the search bar... (cf second image). Is there a way I could remove some specific page from the history ?

The reason I'd like to do that is because when I want to access to a website present in the history, Firefox auto-fills by another website from it, which is not the one I'm interested in (and as I won't never go back on this second website, the simple way it to remove it from history !)

Last week I went through the process of choosing a profile so I would not be faced with choosing whenever firefox opened. ( I was guided through the process by some of you elders.) My bookmarks are all in place but that history no longer accumulates, not even during the session I am in. I must have hit something without knowing it. I have gone up and down settings on several levels, but I can't figure out what will make this work again. It is helpful to have this reference so I would appreciate help. History drop down-Restore Previous Session MENU OPTION AND Recently Closed Windows MENU OPTION tab choice ARE DARK!!! Not active!!! Why? (If they are there to be seen they should always be active for use)

I use these ALL THE TIME!! Where is that function??? Why is MY history from yesterday NOT there for me?? I need it right now!

My life is busy and stressful enough without Firefox or Apple or Microsoft adding to it!!!

Please add support for undo, so that if you do it by accident, you can reverse it.

There used to be a much more useful interface for clearing specific browsing data (the landscape-oriented one). The new interface is far less detailed to the point of strictly limiting its functionality. There used to be a config setting ("privacy.sanitize.useOldClearHistoryDialog") that could toggle which interface to use, but as of an update in the last week (I've been away without a computer for a while), that toggle does nothing. Is there any other setting that can make this feature actually useful again?

I don't see the suggestions when I'm typing. It was the most visited site by me and firefox was autofilling it. Now I can see there's nothing in my history like it is the first time I use firefox. I haven't changed anything in firefox settings or system files etc. It's just got deleted. I'm a MAC user

Turning off the "Automatically delete browsing history" feature often doesn't allow you to delete "Recently visited tabs." It seems that tab history generated from manually closed bookmarks can't be deleted through this feature either。Hope it can be fixed

I've selected to delete my history on quit. However, when I subsequently reopen Firefox, I've found that under 'History' all my previously closed tabs are saved. Why is this? Why isn’t *all* my browsing history deleted on quit?

Currently: The History menu allows me to delete entries for a specific time range (e.g., "Last hour"), but this fails to clear associated cookies or site data, leaving my session traces active. The Settings > Delete browsing data menu provides the necessary options to clear cookies and cache, but it lacks any time range selection. It only allows for a "Delete All" approach. The Impact: This creates a problematic loop for users who value their privacy. If I want to wipe my traces for just the last hour, I am forced to delete my entire browser history and cookies, which logs me out of every single service I use. This lack of granular control is a step back from the privacy standards Firefox usually maintains. Requested Resolution: I request that you treat this as a functional gap and implement a "Time Range" picker (Last hour, Last 24 hours, etc.) within the "Delete browsing data" settings, similar to the desktop implementation. This would ensure that mobile users can manage their privacy without the "all-or-nothing" penalty currently in place. Thank you for your attention to this matter and for your ongoing commitment to user privacy.

Settings provides feature "Delete browsing data on quit". With this feature ON and option "History" selected, the latest version clears the History list, but does NOT delete the list of Recently Closed Tabs on the history page. This seems to be a major bug.
