Whenever I click Start, then Mozilla Firefox, a small window opens up and says "We're sorry, Firefox had a problem and crashed. We'll try to restore your tabs and windows when it restarts." I sent a crash report, but nothing seems to happen. I unistalled and reinstalled it twice, but still no change.

I think this is a crash in some kind of program called AVG Safe Search For Firefox(?), based on the dll name. Do you have such a program and if so, maybe you can update it? Or maybe ask help with their support?

I am using windows 7 and have same problem. It is happening on both of my 2 laptops!
