Trellix web site builder doesn't display text in edit box

I have been using Trellix through Earthlink for six or seven years.

I have had this problem for quite some time and was able to use IE when I needed to work on my web site. Recently, IE will also no longer display the text. I was on live chat with someone at Earthlink and he said he was using Firefox and he could see the text in the boxes.

Since it was determined that Trellix worked on his desktop, it wasn't Earthlinks problem and ended the chat.

My question is if he was able to see text with Trellix, why can't I? Is there some setting that needs to be changed that would affect the display of text?

Any help would be appreciated.
