This is being written on my iMac. Problem computer is my Toshiba XP laptop on the same (hard-wire) line via a router. The iMac is up to date; the iMac is used for all current Internet activity. I use the laptop for technical work, and only rarely need Internet. I have an old version of Firefox (<3) on the laptop. Updated the Java plug-in on the laptop a month ago. Now, every time I try to open Firefox, I get error "Needs Firefox >3 to open", and won't open Firefox. So I can't download Firefox >3! Can I buy a disk?
