Why are my emails not being imported from MSXN for 30days as expected? The old emails were imported, but no new ones are coming over. I need the 30 day ppreiod to switch from MSN mail to gmail.
After opening my ac count with gmail, I imported my emails and contacts. I was informed, after the import was compoled, that any all new mail would be imported automatically for 30 days. My partner, who uses a computer in the same home imported his mail from MSN and continues to have his new mail automatically imported. Why is this happening on one computer and not on the other? I cannot complete the closing of my MSN account until I am assured that this transfer will take place.

Firefox doesn't do email, it's a web browser.
If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
