The space at the top, where you type in the name of the site you want, has disappeared. It also shows you the address of a page you may have moved to. How can I reinstate it?

Be sure the Navigation Toolbar is displayed: View > Toolbars, if there is no check mark next to it, click on Navigation Toolbar to place a check mark.

If the Navigation Toolbar is visible, but the URL/Location/Address bar is missing, drag it from the View > Toolbars > Customize window onto the Navigation Toolbar.
