the viri , red cross virus and the virus DTSSserv.exe are currently attacking my firefox there are removal tools available http://inspiration.nyp.edu.sg/Virus.html at this location you will find the tool to remove the redcross virus , dr web tool can remove the DTSSserv.exe virus BUT they both reinfect can your techs find a solution ,
