I've used Thunderbird on a pc for decades, love it. Today when I opened it, the 'top level' of folders is entirely missing, it shows only Local folders. I've checked that 'Folder Modes' is set to All Folders, and now I don't know what else to try. Any advice greatly welcomed, I'm struggling to get work done using webmail or phone!

Thank you, that seems to be it. I have no ability to try out the more complicated suggestions there, but the 'right click on the account name - Subscribe' did work, although I gather it will be temporary.

I don't want to mark it as 'solved, because I hope Mozilla sort it out properly.

Gracias.
