Why Firefox will not supply USERNAME on some login pages ?
The password saver and autofill has worked for me for many years. However, recently (08/18/2026) on many login pages that I regularly use, it will not !! I did discover that, if I supply the first character of the USERNAME, only then Firefox will supply the rest.

Do you have multiple user names for the site?
If you use the mouse to click the input box, you will see the names.
For many years, what you suggest is what I have been doing. It always used to work. Firefox has stopped working in that manner on some website' login page's.
