can't find tab grouping on android
Hello,
I don't know if it's because I don't have the latest version of Firefox. But I cannot find tab grouping. I have checked to see if there is an update, but I can't find any update at all so just wondering what's going on. the version of Firefox I'm using is: 153.0 (Build #2016172927)
Thanks for the help

153 should have tab group:

Hello wxie,
thank you for clearing that up. But I wouldn't be here if I could find it with with a link from a simple Google search. I went to that link first before I asked for support. If I could simply just pull a Tab into another tab to make a group I would have done that and I tried to do that but it did not work.
OK. Mine version is Firefox for Android Nightly 154.0, and tab group works. Tab group was introduced around 141 as I remember, so 153 should work.
Hello Wxie,
Well I can say it's not working for me and I don't see the ability to update to 154 is that the beta?

So I only recently seen the ad for Tab Grouping on my Firefox home page, I would say less than a week ago in the UK. but I can say this for sure I've kept Firefox up to date on my phone permanently and I've been using Firefox on Android for about two years now, and it has never had tab grouping. I don't know when 141 released so I don't know how long Firefox has had tab grouping, but I've never had access to it. I use tab grouping constantly on brave browser Android and on Mozilla Firefox windows. I don't know if this matters but the phone I use is a Rog phone 7 ultimate.

It's Nightly, you can check the release channel for Nightly. https://www.firefox.com/en-US/download/all/
Hey Wxie,
Thank you for your help, before I swap over from Firefox to Firefox nightly what is the difference besides all the features that are missing like the VPN which shows up in ninety and how comes it's not on base Firefox?
Nightly is for testing purpose, and it may have bugs, so if you want a stable use of Firefox, Nightly is not a suitable choice. However, Nightly has newer features for future releases.
Beta is an unstable testing and development platform. By default, Beta sends data to Mozilla — and sometimes our partners — to help us handle problems and try ideas.
