Directv.com site logs me out immediately.
I am trying to edit my payment method with Directv.com. I log in with no issues. However, every time I try to access "edit payment" their website automatically logs me out. After a discussion with them, they blame Firefox for the problem and want me to use a different browser. Is it Firefox or is it their website?
I have attached a screen shot so you can see where if I click I get logged out.

They genuinely and intentionally block Firefox from the site — as they consider that unsupported. Firefox in response ships with interventions to their blocks to work around these, but well… their security solution can still tell it's Firefox and kick it out if they really want to. Which is probably what happens here with the payments section:(
I've shared some steps before: support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1584765#answer-1824621 to try to turn that intervention off and see how they respond to that — but they might greet you with an error message right away instead… (still worth trying, it's easy to reverse.)
