I can’t access my inbox after a crash. The bot is interfering.
I posted this earlier and the bot named David is trying to take over with ideas that don’t work. How do we stop it? I also posted from my own email and it tried to stop me.

The persons name is David. There are no Bots here and he is not trying to take over he is trying to establish if you have the skills you need to do what will need t be done.
Please leave your paranoia at the door as well as your assumptions about artificial assistants. There are none here. You are dealing with a living breathing human in a very abrupt manner indeed, explicitly posting this third topic after you were asked to restrain yourself to a single support topic. But I will not mess around. The terms of use are clear and a link is included in each and every box from which you can enter a reply or a question. I strongly suggest you read them before you ignore more of the term of use of this forum and find yourself excluded. To be sure there is no confusion the link is https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/mozilla-support-rules-guidelines#w_posting-support-requests
This is a peer support forum, that is everyone here is a volunteer.. No one is obligated to take your questions or interact with you in anyway. Being rude to those trying to help is a sure way to see the discussion end early. If you do not understand what you are told say so, but this topic is closed here. The discussion will occur in the toipic which has an on topic reply to it.. I suggest you answer Davids rather reasonable request in trying to determine your level of technical competence.
That said, we do have a bot (SumoBot) that works behind the scenes in flagging spam or potential spam threads/replies as they can easily be missed. Occasionally they then have to be approved for public view by a moderator if it is not spam. The SumoBot is also being used to help translate articles in some locales of the KB to help keep articles updated in less active locales.
Otherwise there are no bot(s) being used to post replies in threads here.
I apologize profusely. There is a Mozilla post at the bottom of this that says this was written by a bot. David and Matt , I am so sorry. (And David your dog is adorable. I thought that was smart of a bot.)
Yes, the emails are safely in the POP mailbox, but that doesn’t mean it’s an Apple problem. Apple thinks it’s a TB problem, and we had it two years ago. But since the only place Robert’s emails are saved is in his TB inbox on his computer, I can’t check out what we did then..
Can we please stop beating me up for oversharing and I solve the problem?

At the bottom of this page? I don't see that here - can you post a screenshot?
