Hey Linda, do you have the "open previous windows and tabs" selected? https://support.mozilla.org/kb/restore-previous-session#w_configure-session-restore

Hey Konstantina, Yes, I have had that checked since I began using Firefox. I even tried unchecking it, restarting my computer and then checking it once more. No change. I think it began with the last update. It did work for me day last week and I'm not sure why. It stopped the next time I logged on. Thanks for the suggestion. Linda

Hi,

Do you have any extensions? If so, please try (temporarily) disabling them and see if the issue persists.

Hi, I could only find one extension which I removed but still only one tab reopened and I had three open when I restarted the PC. Thanks for the suggestion, Linda

Hey Linda, I'd like to test something, as this: "only one tab reopened and I had three open" is highly unusual — having none restored would be plausible, but just a random subset sounds even more mysterious.

Could you just please open a couple of windows and tabs with content you'd then recognize and in which order it was — like a bunch of wikipedia articles in one window with tabs for say "Seattle", "Denver", "Miami"… and one another window with tabs of wikipedia articles say "summer" and "winter"… and then quit Firefox, and start it again. Are any of these restored, in some way? (And/or, do they appear in the app menu "History" › "Recently closed windows"?)
