Clicking allow acts like a snooze button 4 minutes later I got same warning again. Tried to clear google's cache (also all data). After (I guess) 4, 5 update issue still remains. I'm pretty sure there are lots of same question about this but I've checked community and reddit but no real answer so?

No, it actually broke just recently with 15.7.6 I figured — there's a previous thread: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1583791 that lead to changing out the logic.

Chances are this will land soon in Nightly.

I'm pretty sure I updated at least 3 times (probably more than that) because every time I hoped new update would fix the issue. I'm guessing my instance is older than 15.7.6.

That's interesting as the reports seem to be just recent (probably 2–4 months back max.) — would you be able to follow the logging steps in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2041844#c2 and share a profile to verify it's the same event?

Oh if one older version is around 4 months that's my bad. It feels like I updated more than one but the issue is definitely not not around more than 4 months.

(It's a guesstimate — a 15.7.5 being a March build seems to not have been causing any noticeable trouble, which is ~3 months back. But there have been a lot of security updates rolled out by Apple in Feb–May time frame, so it could have been one of these. Any actual reports started coming in just in the past weeks possibly after triggering certain conditions that might have taken time to trip up some threshold on the system side and only started showing now after a delay.)

This issue still has a lot of unknowns, so if you're comfortable clicking about for a bit (the profiling steps are written very well in the bug) to help get another set of logs that would be very welcome!

Durul, would you mind trying the newest Nightly nightly.mozilla.org and see if the issue improves for you using that for a bit? Thanks!
