How to solve the problem with the constant message "No new messages to download"?

Problem: the bottom left says "No messages to download", the download line on the bottom right keeps jumping and it's impossible to use filters!

Tried: -Logged in to my account again, clearing old data. Didn't help. -Tried "Repair Folder" -Deleted filters -Deleted indexes None of these helped. How can I fix the problem? This didn't happen before, but it appeared with version 150.0.1.
