Should I assume you are referring to a calendar file? You can import from and export to .ICS format but Thunderbird stores its Calendar data in an sqlite database file. Those files are found in the
<C:\Users\[your Windows local account]\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\[your Thunderbird profile]\calendar-data> folder.
