😣 help me
Hello,
I am experiencing a recurring issue with Firefox on Kali Linux.
Environment:
- OS: Kali Linux (running inside Termux on Android) - Connection: VNC (RealVNC) - Device: Android phone (low RAM) - Desktop: XFCE
Problem: Whenever I open Firefox, tabs frequently crash with the message: “Gah. Your tab just crashed.”
What I already tried:
- Disabled hardware acceleration - Disabled recommended performance settings - Ran Firefox in safe mode - Created a new Firefox profile - Lowered VNC resolution - Restarted the system
The problem still persists.
I believe this may be related to graphics rendering or memory limitations under VNC/Termux.
Please advise if there is a workaround or configuration that can prevent this crash.
Thank you for your support.

Hi
How much memory (RAM) does your Android device have?
Please appreciate that what you are doing is very adventurous - running desktop Linux with applications such as Firefox within a mobile terminal app on an Android device.
