No new profile management on my Firefox browser

I am using Firefox in Malaysia. I updated with the latest browser, but I do not see the new profile management (https://blog.mozilla.org/en/firefox/profile-management/).
Is this feature available in certain countries?

It's not region specific. As they pointed out in the blog post, they're rolling out this feature, so it's a staged rollout and it's quite random.
To enable this feature, enter about:config in the address bar and switch browser.profiles.enabled to true.
