Error message
Hi Folks, Recently I have been having an issue with accessing a particular website which is asus.com and the nature of the issue is as follows. Every time I attempt to login I receive the following error message.
The browser could not find the host server for the provided address.
"Check the address for typing errors such as ww.example.com instead of www.example.com. If you are unable to load any pages, check your device’s data or Wi-Fi connection."
It should be noted that this is the only website that I am having this issue any and all assistance in resolving this extremely annoying issue will be greatly appreciated

Hi
Are you able to share a screenshot of the full message?
What regional site for that company are you trying to access? I have tried the website here and it seems to open fine.
Hi Paul, Thanks for your prompt response it is greatly appreciated. I have a Asus BT6 mesh router and I need to access their website (asus.com) in order to update my firmware etc. I am able to access the router but for some strange reasons I am unable to login to their website and can be seen in the attached screenshot of the error message I keep receiving. Your assistance in resolving this extremely annoying issue will be greatly appreciated
