alt menu
so um the menu when you click alt (in the attached image) won't leave I clicked alt again turned mozilla off and on and it didn't work

Under View > Toolbars you can turn it off by un-ticking Menu Bar. Does that work on yours?
Just tapping Alt shouldn't have caused this.
