How do I sync one-way, from mobile to desktop, and keep desktop data local?

I want to see my mobile tabs in my desktop browser. But I want to keep my desktop tabs local: I do not want them to be synced or accessible from outside my local environment at all.

Go to Settings -> Account Settings -> Choose what to sync and unselect Open tabs on every device.
