issue with complete downloaded video

I have successfully downloaded a video from hosting website and it doesn't play with any video player the format is MP4 "the video is corrupted" I have tried to download it again and the same problem happened. Finally i download it from chrome and thanks god it worked I use Firefox mostly so i need a solution.
