Hi, you can remove extensions from a "desktop" version of Firefox using the Add-ons page. See: Disable or remove Add-ons.

Some downloaders/converters/recorders require you to install an external program directly to your system (outside Firefox). Depending on your system, the method to uninstall that program will vary. If you need help with that, please let us know whether you run a Windows, Mac OS, or Linux system.
