I just get a blank page

I can visit and view this page just fine with other browsers. The EBT foodstamp card page broke several firfox updates ago and has not worked since.

I've cleared my cache and cookies plus tried a fresh install of Firefox for windows on a new machine that never had Firefox before but same issue.

Any ideas?

Thank You,

Steve

Where is that url from? Which one are you? see screenshot If a client, this link works. https://my.fisglobal.com/app/login

Edit: The original URL I provided is the URL used to login to fisglobal to check your foodstamp (EBT Card) balance and other setting for your foodstamp card account.

None of those screenshots look like the login page for fisglobal for EBT card holders which are foodstamp cards. I'll post a screenshot below taken from Edge browser which does work. My issue is my workplace does not like clients using Chromium based browsers so I must use Firefox.

The login page I use also does not use an email for the username. It's just a common non email based username but Firefox never even presents me with the page to login. Firefox just gives me a totally blank page when I go to the URL I originally supplied.

Also: The full URL as shown on the Edge broswer screenshot is: https://login5.fisglobal.com/idp/EBTEdge_NCH/?client_id=EBTEdge_NCH_APIKey&redirect_uri=https://cardholder.ebtedge.com/mobilev2/auth/callback/&scope=openid&response_type=code&code_challenge=9iZukyIDV0abjwO6x4Bs8MeZhv1eIChAh9G2HxPgb8o=&code_challenge_method=S256

Thanks for the offer of help!

The original link https://login5.fisglobal.com shows me the same issue in all browsers. see screenshots This appears to be just a bad url. The new url works for me. see screenshot You never post a screenshot of what you get in Firefox. Did you ever try Firefox in Safe Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf

Ok, starting FF in Safe Mode does allow me to get to the login screen like in your screenshot using the good URL but... I'm then presented with the image of the screen FF gives me which I've attached.

Also in regards to what FF was showing me before, it was just a totally blank white page with no text or images at all.

So safe mode does allow me to get to the login screen to enter my credentials but then I only get what the attached screenshot shows! This one has had me stumped for a while.

I am still running Win 7 Pro 64bit under the ESU update program work pays for but that will expire after the Jan 2023 update which will be the last that contains Win 7 security patches.

Thanks Again!

Do you use a bookmark or are you starting with the main (home) page of this website?

If you use a bookmark to access a specific page then instead navigate to this page starting with the main page or with the sign in page in case there is a problem with this bookmark.

Did you get this page right after login or did you click something? You may have to use their app on your phone or anther browser to get this done. Not much we can do after you login. You may also try turning this off. see screenshot

I've actually tried both but I always used a bookmark in the past. For my tests, I've been going straight to the states site and then going in through the Check My Balance link from that site which takes you to the login for the EBT card site. Still no luck with Firefox only. It always returns that odd page I last posted the screenshot for.

Using Edge is not a problem for me as long as I only do it from home. Firefox does not work at home or work.

That page pops up as soon as I login. I'll try turning off enhanced tracking protection as I don't think I tried that once I at least had the login page showing again. Thanks for that idea!

EDIT: No luck turning off Enhanced Tracking Protection at any of the steps to get to the login page including the odd whitelabel page I posted an image of before. Of course they offer no website support at all nor do they even list supported browsers altough I think they did at one time and Firefox was supported. That could have been back when IE was still supported though. Oh well, I guess I'll just do this from home with Edge or Chrome and periodically try Firefox as updates are released!

It's really just a minor inconvenience as I don't often check that cards balance from work where we they normally block Chrome and Edge browsers. They made an exception for my case so I could try to get FF going.

I appreciate the suggestions regardless and am always open to trying more if anyone thinks of anything. I can duplicate this problem from home using FF so I don't need the browser restriction lifted for testing like I do at work.
