My email account is jp***.info and I am having a hard time importing account.
I am trying trying to install Thunderbird, as told by my Internet Provider. They have indicated they will no longer allow he POP3 version that my email software has because of security reasons and have indicated to use you as a replacement. So when I try to install this software on my computer I get an error message, indicating that the User Name is incorrect and I have verified it several times, I know it to be correct, the only thing that I can think of is that Thunderbird does not accept of ".info" into the software. If so is there a way a to get this added to the software so I can get added to the software? My next question is the ".online" extension is the I would be inquiring about as I also use that extension for my business.

Since it's a POP3/IMAP email provider they have to provide the instructions for Thunderbird setup to connect. Also post to the ThunderBird forum as there is one for that.
