You can find 'Passwords' in the "3-bar" Firefox menu button drop-down list and also in "Settings -> Privacy & Security: Logins and Passwords: Saved Logins". You can also open about:logins directly via the location/address bar (i.e. possibly bookmarks this URL).
The three bar doesn’t offer any links to passwords on the mobile app
