refresh did not work I have lost all my setting
II log on and tried to refresh mu fire fox but have had no success all setting gone. please advice ...
edited email from public and search/spam bots view as you should get a email notifying you of replies.

You are try to Refresh your Firefox installation? Or you are trying to Reset your Firefox Account password? Those are very different --

In a successful Firefox Refresh, your old data is moved to your Windows 10 system desktop inside a folder named Old Firefox Data -- do you see that folder?

I refreshed and got all my bookmarks Only had to add some extensions. Thank you for your help
