W10 TB Profiles ... " Mail " in Local Folders has stopped updating when move new emails to add into a TB subfolder . ( ?maybe following update to TB 78 ?? not sure ) hope above is clearly explained...

See if index needs repairing Right click on the 'Local Folders' folder that should be displaying the moved emails and select 'Properties' click on 'Repair Folder' click on 'OK'

Select another folder and then reselect the one you 'fixed'.
