Unable to clear my cache of 670

I have tried to clear my cache from my computer multiple times by using the Mozilla instructions and the 670 cache is still there. It is not clearing. I feel that I should delete Mozilla and reinstall. Will this work or is there a better way to clear cache other than using the Mozilla worthless instructions that do not work? Can some one help me with this? Contacting Mozilla is impossible thus far. I cannot even add the images from my desktop.

Are you possibly using permanent Private Browsing mode (Always use Private Browsing mode; Never Remember History) because in PB mode the disk cache isn't used and thus can't be cleared.

You can disable PB mode temporarily or c;ear the cache2 folder in the profile folder. You can use the button on the about:profiles page to go to the Local location used for the cache or check the about:cache page for more info.
