Inbox blanks out, messages are still there but I have to click off and then back on inbox to see them
Pretty odd thing. My inbox is fine, no messages are missing. It is usually open but often I will look at it and no messages are visible. If I click on a subfolder and then back on the Inbox they become visible again. It's a gmail account and has a lot of messages, is there a limit of what I should have? Only thing I can think of as this is fairly recent - last 6 weeks or so. Use it at work also (same account) but don't have the same problem there.

Mailboxes are full at 4 GB. Any more than that will throw an error. Try repairing that inbox folder and see if that helps:
In the Folders Pane on the Left find the inbox folder with the missing messages. Right Click on the Icon of that folder (still in the Folders Pane on the Left) and Choose Properties. Click the Repair Folder button then Click OK. (Wait a while for repairs to finish ... ) Look again to see if that fixed it.
