Thunderbird says all GOP e-mails are scams
I get it. Many of your users report everything from the GOP is a scam e.g. e-mail from Pat Buchanan. Funny, but this makes your scam detection a useless feature. Just get rid of it if users are going to abuse it.

Lots of folk over the past couple of years report this. basically your party is using tracking URL's that the scam detection recognizes as not being where the email tells you it is taking you.
You will see less of this in Thunderbird 68, but more because of a change that such items are only flagged after you click the link that any change to the algorithm.

Matt is exactly right. Your issue has nothing to do with what other people are reporting (and in fact AFAIK we don't use any information reported by other users), and everything to do with the lame structure of the email you are being sent. Complain to them.
