Wife's computer gets the Firefox Privcy Notice pop-up whenever she opens browser. Cannot turn this off.

I have checked her browser against mine (downloaded latest version of the browser from the site last week, after a total hard drive replacement) and the settings seem the same on ll side menu items. She is getting this notice virtually every time she opens a browser page or visits a site.

Firefox is her default browser. Her laptop is running Windows 7.

She is getting extremely upset over this.
