Can you send HTTP post request with Firefox Quantum Developer Tools?

I know I can install a REST plugin to get this functionality, but wondered if the built in web developer tools provided support for sending HTTP posts.

Well this has been here this long. Care to explain further as to what you mean by HTTP posts. No idea.....
