Firefox Sync account got locked, reason confirmation e-mail returned.

Tried to sync Firefox after preinstalling OS, it said "e-mail was returned" and on the second or third try account got locked. The e-mail is the one of this account. I haven't used it for nothing else besides the Firefox Sync, it probably got inactive or something like that. It's working now though, and I added accounts@firefox.com to contacts so it doesn't mark it as spam or something. I found other people's posts about same issue and a lady working with Mozilla support team trying to help, but I don't (didn't) have an account here to ask for help on those threads.

So I asked the Mozilla lady (in PM) for help, not sure if she or anybody else did something (there was no reply), or even if someone had to manually do something at all, but 24 hours after the block I tried to login into Firefox Sync again and it worked like a charm. There are bugs filed about this in Bugzilla in Other Products/Cloud Services/ (not in Firefox/Sync) if somebody needs more info. Edit (add-it): if I had this problem now the steps I would take would be: 1. Check if the e-mail account is valid and working; 2. Add accounts@firefox.com to contact list (so it's most definitely not marked as spam/abuse/terrorist attack/etc.); 3. Wait 24 hours; 4. Try signing in again; a/ if it doesn't work - ask for help; b/ if it works - back up my data immediately and then enjoy the Firefox Sync feature.
